There is a lot of folklore surrounding this bridge. Local folks say it's haunted. It originally was a train bridge that carried the Canon Ball Train and was converted into a one lane vehicle bridge. It is quite strange driving across and listening to the clakity-clack sounds of the planks. My parents are here for the weekend so I took Dad to see the bridge.
