I have been thinking on and off how I could teach our kids about nature and show them a reverance for God's creation. So, when I was reading Amanda's blog this past weekend, and stumbled across her post about her nature table, I was thrilled! Of course, Sarah jumped right on the band wagon, collecting things we already had to make our table look beautiful. And, she even did a watercolor, "Autumn Leaves" to complement what we find outside.
My hope for our nature table is to instill an awe for creation into our kids. When we go outside, they get the joy of seeing their "treasures" come into our home. It will change faces as the seasons change. Sarah is already thinking of different things we can put on it for winter! Rachel got into the spirit on our walk today, picking up leaves wherever she went.

Thanks for coming to take a look, Amanda!
